Can we use only one part?
Yes. Core plus service coordination, core plus therapists, or both. Evaluations will be the third part when it's ready.
What counts as a session note?
A therapist's note for a session that happened, signed by the therapist. Drafts and deleted notes never count.
Do we pay per login?
No. Office staff, supervisors, coordinators and therapists all sign in at no extra cost.
What about our data?
Each agency is walled off from every other, and we sign a business associate agreement with every agency.
